Gamestop HQ has directed its stores in Philadelphia to start fingerprinting customers who trade-in video games. (Does not apply to stores in the suburbs) Gamestop says its a response in cooperation from the police, but the city has stated they are not requiring Gamestop to fingerprint gamers. Is this a good or bad idea?
