Microsoft has announced that for the first time in five years, a new DirectX 12 is about to be unveiled at GDC on March 20th 2014.  It has been suggested that the Xbox One would not work with DirectX12 because it would require a hardware upgrade since it is running DirectX 11.  But new developments suggest that the Xbox One may in fact be using DirectX 12 in some fashion.  In this video, I discuss the two biggest theories currently out there concerning DirectX 12 and the Xbox One.
