The military is researching a weapon for the internet called Plan X. The machine would replace human hackers and rely on programming from the best hackers in the world to defend and attack in cyberwarfare. DARPA is leading the research. Game developers, and designers were brought in to assist because the military wanted something like the movies.

They envisioned a future where soldiers on the ground could pull out a app and push a few buttons and launch a cyber attack on a enemy. The device would give visual cues for what is taken place, and asses the situation after the attack is finalized. They wanted a easy button for hacking. How good / dangerous is this?
